Graduates of The American High School, an institution affiliated with K12 Private Academy, have a solid record of being accepted into accredited colleges and universities nationwide. In addition, our students have consistently scored above the national average on standardized tests such as the ACT and SAT. For the 2020-2021 academic year, students at TAHS achieved a mean SAT score of 1152.8, surpassing the national average of 1088.2. Similarly, the mean ACT score for our students during the same period was 22.3, exceeding the national average composite score of 20.6. These results showcase the effectiveness of our unique, flexible, and enriching curriculum, allowing students to thrive and develop a genuine passion for learning within the comfort of their own homes.

Being an online school, The American High School does not follow a traditional academic calendar. Therefore, it is open for admissions throughout the year. Students can register and enroll in any grade or course at any time of the year.
How much does AHS Private Academy cost?
The expenses associated with private schooling can differ depending on the age of the student and whether they are enrolled on a full-time or part-time basis. However, at The American High School, we prioritize offering students an exceptional education at an exceptional value. As a result, our school fees are notably lower than those of traditional private schools. What does “cohort” mean?
A cohort refers to a group of students who are enrolled at and educated during the same time period. For example, the graduating class of 2023 comprises a cohort. Our cohorts are designated by season and month. For example, one of our cohorts for the spring semester is the January Cohort.
